Gadis Pantai...rambut tergerai lepas, sebebas jiwanya yang mengelana di antara riak-riak gelombang di lautan. Tegar, kokoh ... bak karang-karang yang menantang badai.
Saat ia terpental masuk ke dalam jaring-jaring penguasa yang memandang bahwa wanita hanyalah alat pemuas raga dan nafsu, bahwa wanita bukanlah 'big mouth', bahwa wanita tak bisa turut andil dalam menentukan masa depan, bahwa wanita hanyalah sekedar budak yang tak bisa hisap aroma wangi suami (sang bendoro/penguasa-red)...batinnya terkoyak menentang budaya patriarki yang tlah lama tak terkendali.
Ketika kebebasan terkoyak, hanyalah kematian yang kan menunggu.
Belai sang surya yang biasa bergemuruh di otak, mendadak terkubur dalam-dalam…

Bagaimana Menghilangkan Rasa Kantuk pada Saat Bekerja

Hal yang biasa saya lakukan saat rasa kantuk mulai merangsek adalah sebagai berikut [ini versi Nanik, ya..hehe..] :
a.Dengerin musik alternative rock, ga perlu yang kenceng – kenceng kaya heavy metal…cukup nickleback aja hehe…lagu yang lembek juga boleh, asal bisa nyentuh hati. Mungkin yang bisa bikin mewek. Jadinya mata terisi air mata dan dada terasa agak gimana gitu…tapi jarang sih. Yang ada, kalo ngantuk ya ngantuk aja..hehe..
b.Makan permen mint atau apa aja buat nyemil biar sekitar kepala gerak. Bisa coba juga permen karet [bubble gum], karena menurut penelitian [lupa tuh siapa yang bikin riset, yang jelas ada…], permen karet bisa merangsang otak untuk bekerja lebih optimal. Itung-itung buat olahraga otak…gitchu…
c.Minum air putih atau pocari sweat sebagai minuman berion yang menurut saya rasanya paling netral dibanding produk lainnya [hehe…iklan nie ye..maap ya..]. Kalo bisa yang dingin.
d.Pergi ke toilet, cuci muka atau wudlu biar seger, sekalian solat.
e.Berdiri lalu jalan-jalan bentar, lihat sekeliling, atau pergi ke boiler 30 alias kantin.
f.Kalo uda bener-bener ga kuat, terpaksa deh, tidur. Tapi mesti tetap lihat sikon. Ada si boss ga.
